I'm a graphic designer with over 10 years experience in branding, identity, packaging, website and print design. For several years, I worked in New York City as an art director and associate design director for beauty brands Estée Lauder and Origins, where I oversaw large-scale projects encompassing a wide range of mediums. In 2009, I launched my independent design consulting business and have worked with clients such as Estée Lauder, West Elm, Beardwood & Co., CAG Beauty and several diverse small businesses. I'm passionate about helping brands find their visual identity. I relocated to Austin in 2014, and continue to work with clients in NYC, locally, and across the globe - including, most recently, a Mexico-based event planner who specializes in destination weddings.
In 2010, I founded a line of modern paper goods & wedding invitations; Fine Day Press has been featured in many online & print publications, including DesignSponge, Woman's Day, Oh So Beautiful Paper, Martha Stewart Weddings, and New York Weddings. I was named one of 10 Designers to Watch in 2014 by Stationery Trends magazine.
Modern simplicity and well-crafted type, balanced out with a capacity for hand-done work, are the hallmarks of my style. I'm a big believer in the creative process - sketching, brushwork, watercolor, and custom type are all part of my toolkit.
My design process starts with research, strategic thinking and inspiration, and follows a path that aligns with your brand values. Throughout a client project, I keep in close contact so that you’re on board every step of the way.
